1. Diagnostic Fees
All vehicles are subject to diagnostic fees for inspection and troubleshooting. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Additional diagnostic time may be required and billed accordingly. Approval will be requested when reasonably possible before exceeding initial scope.

2. Labor & Performance Services
Labor is billed at a standard hourly rate unless otherwise stated. Performance, modified, and custom vehicles may require additional labor time. Time estimates are not guaranteed due to the nature of custom work. Additional labor may be required for unforeseen conditions.

3. Storage Fees
Vehicles must be picked up promptly upon completion notification. Storage fees begin 48 hours after notification unless otherwise stated. Daily storage fees will apply until vehicle is retrieved. Vehicles left without communication may be considered abandoned.

4. Parts, Deposits & Special Orders
Special-order, custom, and performance parts are FINAL SALE. Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Customer assumes responsibility for part selection unless confirmed in writing.

5. Returns & Restocking
Approved returns subject to 15%–25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Electronics, custom, and special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Shipping, Freight, Handling & Import Fees
Shipping and freight charges are billed separately unless stated. Oversized shipments may include handling fees. Ostar Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss.
Import / International Charges:
Orders may be subject to tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees. These fees are not included in product pricing. Customer is solely responsible for all import-related charges. Refusal to pay may result in no refund and deduction of all costs.

7. Tariffs, Duties & Government Charges
Products may be subject to tariffs based on origin or classification. Ostar Motorsports does not control or guarantee tariff rates. Additional charges may apply at any time.

8. HS Classification & Compliance Disclaimer
Any classification provided is for reference only. Final determination is made by customs authorities. Customer/importer assumes full responsibility for compliance and any additional charges.

9. Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy
Payment is due in full prior to release of vehicle or shipment of goods. By completing a transaction, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for disclosed fees, special-order items, or completed services.

10. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates may change after further inspection. Additional work requires approval when feasible. Verbal estimates are non-binding.

11. Abandoned Vehicles & Lien Rights
Storage fees will continue to accrue on unclaimed vehicles. Ostar Motorsports reserves the right to enforce a lien under Florida law and recover unpaid balances.

12. Limitation of Liability
Ostar Motorsports is not responsible for pre-existing issues or aftermarket component failures. Performance parts carry inherent risk.

13. Retail vs Wholesale Terms
Retail customers follow standard policies. Wholesale customers acknowledge all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing and assume full responsibility for resale and compliance.
